High-performance machinery

Plásticos de Lezo currently has facilities of 3,700 m² with upgraded machinery that features automatic feeding and robots for picking up parts and runners.

We have peripheral equipment for complete process automation, such as robots, manipulators, conveyor belts, centralized and automatic feeding for injection machines, colorant and additive dosing equipment, mold temperature controllers, and everything necessary for optimizing production processes.

We carry out all types of assembly, pad printing, screen printing, UV drying screen printing, thermal printing, special sealing and ultrasonic welding, forming of parts with specific tooling, and protective packaging of parts, among others.

We have a complete and extensive range of injection machines ranging from 35 tons to 650 tons of clamping force, for injection of small precision parts (micro-parts) and large volume parts (up to 2260 gr.).
